Today in rooms 57 we had a discussion about some strategies to use when others behaviour may be bothering you.
We discussed the following strategies:
1. Ignoring - doing nothing, walking away, go for a walk, distract yourself with something, find someone else to work with
2. Using your words - "........(name) I don’t want / like it when you (behaviour) - Stop it - Then Ignore", "when you.... I feel.....", calm-firm manner.
3. Seek help - Talking to a trusted adult (Teacher, Peer, Parent, Friend, Counsellor)
